2. Service Description

Our platform provides AI-powered LinkedIn profile analysis services for sales and recruitment professionals. The service operates on a credit-based system where each analysis consumes one credit. We provide insights, personality assessments, and communication strategies based on publicly available LinkedIn profile information.

3. User Account and Registration

To use our service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Be at least 18 years of age

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not misuse or abuse the platform or its services
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
  • Not share your account with unauthorized users
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others

5. Payment Terms

Our service operates on a credit-based pricing model:

  • Credits must be purchased before use
  • Each LinkedIn profile analysis costs 1 credit
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Credits do not expire
  • All prices are subject to change with notice
  • Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of this platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

8. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate analysis, the insights generated by our AI are based on publicly available information and should be used as guidance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis or recommendation provided through our service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Unused credits will not be refunded upon termination.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
