All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on credit purchases. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
Credits purchased on our platform do not expire and can be used at any time. However, they cannot be transferred to another account or converted back to monetary value.
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service as intended, please contact our support team at personaintelligence@zoho.com. We will work with you to resolve any technical problems.
In the event of extended service interruptions or unavailability due to issues on our end, we may, at our sole discretion, offer credit adjustments or extensions. This does not constitute a guarantee of refunds.
